How can you get in touch?
Calls go to voicemail, not a live provider. Messages are recorded and transcribed after the greeting. You can email us instead.
Free for homeowners. We may be paid for qualifying referral calls.
The phone route currently ends at RingRobin voicemail, not with a service provider. You may instead email contact@waterdamagefullerton.net. A call or email is an inquiry, not an appointment or a contract.
What is useful to say in a message?
State the Fullerton ZIP code if it is one of 92831, 92832, 92833, 92834, 92835, 92836, 92837 or 92838, the general issue as you understand it, and a way to reach you. Do not enter the damaged area to gather details. An independent provider decides whether to accept any work; this site promises neither a match nor a response time.
Who receives these messages?
RingRobin and Twilio process the call; RingRobin sends call notifications and a voicemail notification when a message is left to the operator’s collection inbox. Direct email is forwarded by Namecheap to that inbox. Privacy Policy describes the routes and records. A contractor does not automatically receive your message.
Stay away from the affected area, do not touch electrical switches, outlets or appliances near water, and call a professional. If anyone is in danger, leave the area and call 911.
